What is STA (Short Term Accommodation)?
At Scenic Care, Short Term Accommodation (STA)—a break from usual living arrangements—provides NDIS participants with a safe, supportive, and comfortable place to stay when a short break is needed.
Whether you're seeking a change of scenery, working on your independence, or giving your carer time to recharge, STA offers a tailored, temporary stay with the right supports in place.
STA is available to NDIS participants whose plan includes funding for Short Term Accommodation or a break from usual living arrangements.

How the STA Process Work

We assess your NDIS plan and individual goals to ensure we understand how best to support you. This helps us design a personalised care plan that aligns with your lifestyle and aspirations.

Accommodation Matching
We match you with the most suitable Scenic Care STA accommodation—considering your preferences, required supports, and desired activities. You’ll receive a clear agreement outlining everything included.

24/7 Personalised Support
Our experienced staff are here for you throughout your stay, providing assistance with personal care, meals, medication, and other supports outlined in your plan—day or night.
